Buckeye to Host Free Father’s Day Archery 101

The City of Buckeye Recreation is inviting residents to a free Archery 101 class as part of Father’s Day activities on June 21, 2026, at the Joe Foss Shooting Complex.

The class will teach the basics of international-style target archery through a hands-on session. Organizers say participants will follow the 11 Steps to Archery Success, with a focus on proper form, shooting techniques, and reflection.

According to the post, the event is designed for beginners and those looking to improve, and is open to ages 10 and up. Equipment for the class is provided.
