McDowell Preserve to Close for July 4
Scottsdale will close the McDowell Sonoran Preserve at noon on July 4 to reduce wildfire risk. The preserve is scheduled to reopen at 4:52 a.m. on July 5.

Scottsdale CC to host Rock EnROLLment event June 23
Scottsdale Community College will hold a free Rock EnROLLment event for fall enrollment on Tuesday, June 23, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The first 100 students who RSVP and complete enrollment will receive an official SCC State Forty Eight t-shirt.

Vista del Camino splash pad gets refresh
The splash pad at Vista del Camino Park recently received upgrades as part of the Indian Bend Wash Lakes and Irrigation project, including new paint and a Life Floor surface. The splash pad will remain closed while improvements continue in the park’s northern end.
